Class overview

The Class

In the 101 lessons, we work on the basic movements of CrossFit.                                For example, a good technique of the air squat, push-up, and shoulder press.

The 101 lessons are concluded with a workout in which you can immediately apply the improved technique. With good technique in the basic movements, you will have many advantages during the WODs or the other specialty classes. This class is suitable for everyone, highly recommend it if you are new to CrossFit.
