The Class

If you recently had an injury or cannot go down in a full squat ( below parallel ) then is class would help you a lot.

In this class the focus is on mobility & flexibility, seeing where you are lacking and how to improve it.
It is a vital contributor to reducing the risk of injuries as well as improving technique and range of movement.
