Young Palms & CrossFit Teens
The focus is on good movement during childhood and puberty. In a fun, playful, and sometimes competitive way, we make children faster, stronger, fitter, and more skilled so that their self-confidence is increased.
These classes are for the kids within the age group of 7-11 years old, or in consultation with the coach
In these classes we are introducing them to sport, teaching them how to move safely in a fun and playful way. Let them explore their coordination and agility. We are going to do a lot of games with the intent to make them stronger and healthier.
For the age group 11 t/m 16 years old, in this class, we will start teaching them the basics of CrossFit and work on proper techniques which will help them later on, or when they are old enough to join the regular classes. They can expect some lightweight deadlifts, farmer carries, and maybe some pull-ups.
Older than 16 come and have a chat with one of our coaches to join the regular classes!
