“Since September 2013, over 9 years now. I work as a physiotherapist at Gezondheidscentrum Bon Bida. I am currently working on my specialization as an oncology physiotherapist.”
Since when have you been doing CrossFit and started coaching?
“I started CrossFit in 2018. I obtained my Level 1 in October 2022.”
Worst CrossFit movement or workout ever?
“Heavy back squats…”
For which workout or movement can we wake you up at night?
“Power cleans, double unders, and dumbbell snatches.”
What is your favorite cheat meal?
“Chips and peanuts.”
What do we really need to know about you?
“That I was convinced before I ever did CrossFit that CrossFit was really not for me. But after the first workout, I immediately signed up and have been hooked ever since.”
