The perfect opportunity to workout independently
Are you following your own (CrossFit) program? Do you want to do your own functional training? You can do this during our open gym hours. You can find the times on the schedule and, in consultation with the coach, there is space and equipment for you to train freely with us.
Why work out in our open gym?
At CrossFit Palms, we offer various classes, from weightlifting to gymnastics to Strongman. But sometimes you just need a workout that isn’t led by a coach, and where you can choose what to do yourself. For this purpose, we have Open Gym sessions where our members have the space and equipment to create and perform their own workouts.
But why choose an Open Gym session over a coordinated class? Here are a few reasons:
Flexibility. The advantage of Open Gym is that you can train whenever it suits you. Instead of adapting to a fixed class schedule, you can come in anytime we are open to do your own training.
Independence. Unlike coordinated classes where a coach leads you through the training, you are completely independent during Open Gym. This means that you have the freedom to choose your own workout and determine how long you take to do it. This can be very liberating and give you the opportunity to try new movements or focus on specific skills.
Concentration. When you train during a coordinated class, you may be distracted by other members, the coach, or the music. During an Open Gym session, however, you are completely alone and can fully concentrate on your own workout and goals. This can help you stay more focused and challenge yourself.
Open Gym workout in Bonaire. The Open Gym sessions at CrossFit Palms offer you the opportunity to train in our fully equipped gym. From barbells to kettlebells to gymnastics rings, you have access to everything you need to create a great workout. This is especially convenient if you don’t have the right equipment at home.
